Outside Ostrander

We can all breathe a collective sigh of relief because it's the most wonderful time of the year: porch season!

With a recently completed porch and a gorgeous custom house number made by Peter Valenti, our Ostrander property is looking mighty welcoming.

This two bedroom home that will be rented to an individual facing homelessness and their caregiver was largely made possible due to several seasons of fundraisers by the Independent Potters' Association.

A(+) Grade Housing

We had the honor of attending the senior showcase of University at Buffalo's Small Built Works, an elective class that focuses on affordable housing.

These students spent their semester developing permit-ready construction drawings for four homes that we will break ground on this summer. Stay tuned for more on this next month!

Vroom, Vroom
